During Active Help Requests:

Note: Location sharing occurs ONLY during active help requests and stops when the request is completed.

7.2 Location Update Settings

Our app uses optimized location updates:

  • Updates sent when you move 10+ meters from last position
  • Updates sent every 5 seconds during active help requests
  • High-accuracy GPS mode with battery-efficient fallbacks

7.3 Controlling Location Access

You can control location access through:

  • Device Settings: Enable/disable location services for the App
  • In-App Controls: Toggle "Active Helper" status for Givers
  • Session Control: Location sharing stops when help request completes

Note: Disabling location services will prevent the App from functioning properly.

  • Automatic reconnection when navigating between screens
